Export a Collection Snapshot

Use Export Snapshot in Collection Tools to create an editable workbook of the collection you are currently viewing.
A snapshot is useful when you want a readable copy to browse, share, print, or work with outside 5585.
Create a snapshot
- Open the collection you want to export.
- Select Collection Tools.
- Select Export Snapshot.
- Choose Share / Send File to send the workbook to another app, or Save To Folder to choose where it is stored.
5585 exports the active cards or items in the collection.
What the workbook includes
The workbook contains the collection’s active cards or items, including:
- Card or item images
- Template details
- Collection status
- Wishlist priority
- Personal notes
You can edit the workbook as a separate, readable record of your collection.
A snapshot cannot be imported into 5585
A snapshot is a one-way workbook export. There is no way to import it back into 5585, and editing the workbook does not update the app.
Use Notes & Status Data to move personal tracking through a CSV, or Full App Backup in Settings when you need a restorable copy of 5585.
