Your collection data

5585 does not require an account and does not operate a cloud catalog for your collection. Your collection data, images, templates, and local settings are stored on your device. The app does not use advertising or analytics services to track your collection activity.

Support email is handled separately: a message and any attachment someone voluntarily sends to hey5585@outlook.com are handled through the support inbox, not by the app itself.

Permissions and device access

When you choose to add an image, 5585 requests access to your device's photo library and uses the images you select for your collection or templates. Camera access is requested when you choose to capture an image. To import a CSV or template package, or choose where to save an export, 5585 opens your device's system file or folder picker. You choose the specific file or location involved.

Exporting or sharing a backup, template, or collection file uses your device's system share and save options. 5585 does not automatically upload those files anywhere.

When data leaves your device

5585 does not automatically upload your collection. Data leaves your device only when you choose to export or share a backup, template, collection file, or other content through your device's system options, or when you choose to email support.

Exports and sharing: You choose the file and destination. Any service you select—such as email, cloud storage, or messaging—handles it under that service's own policies. Support email: We receive the email address, message, and any attachments you voluntarily send, and use them to respond or troubleshoot.

Deletion and retention

You can delete a collection or saved template in 5585 at any time. Deleting a collection permanently removes its local collection data, notes, and associated cached images from the app. Deleting a saved template removes that template's local data from the device.

5585 also provides storage cleanup for temporary and rebuildable files. Clearing that cache does not delete saved collections, source images, icons, or settings.

Uninstalling 5585 removes its local app data. Exported files and files saved or shared outside the app are not removed; they are managed by you and the destination service you choose.

Support-email retention

We keep support emails and attachments only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain the support record.

Intended audience

5585 is designed for K-pop photocard collectors ages 13 and up.

Updates to this policy

If 5585's data practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and its "Last updated" date will be revised.
